Local On Cooper - Glenwood Springs

There are two pizzas that they can order vegan, but they remove several toppings and do not really for them. the pizza is okay, but nothing great. very friendly staff!

We came here twice while we visited glenwood springs because it was the only place that seemed to have a really vegan breakfast option. the owner is apparently vegan and for 20 years. hopefully they get even more vegan options! I had the veggie plate that did not mark vegan on the menu, but was confirmed by the workers. they use veganaise for aioli.

Here after the visit of the iron mountain hot springs. I ordered a veggie wrap and underbed the meat for tofu and vegan cheese for a small fee. it was delicious! the tofu was wonderfully spiced and was very tasteful, also came with chips. the rest of my group all carnivores ate the egg sandwich and burrito and loved it. large stop for a mixed group of edibles

We came to Glenwood for a long weekend and ended up going to local twice! They have the best vegan food in the town. There’s multiple options as far as bowls and pizzas. They can sub vegan cheese on any pizza. Highly recommend a bowl or salad with tempeh, it was super flavorful and perfectly cooked. We made our own pizza and got the Dino and miso bowls, all amazing. We got our second bowls to go for the train which worked out perfectly. It’s order at the counter service so casual, but a clean and stylish place. They serve lots of drink options including alcohol. Be aware winter hours close at 2.

Super friendly staff member. Had almond chai latte- was great and partners coffee was apparently good too Sadly no GF vegan granola
