The staff is amiable! Meghan's proposals were on point. Breakfast is good! Bhakti tea is fantastic! Recommend this place!

RECOMMENDATIONS! Megan and Nikki are the best. They took care of me and even made “surprise” drink that was delicious. Super friendly staff and good food. Try breakfast bagel and ice mocha. Will be back when I'm back in town. Thanks Megan and Nikki.

Nikki is the manager here where I had the privilege of making my coffee this morning. Regular hot white chocolate mocha. Megan made the cinnamon roll and Samantha checked me! These ladies rock. They are so early in the morning. You have excellent teamwork, communication and customer service! See you next week!

Coffee was good, service was quick, everyone was polite and professional. Patio was a decent size and great for enjoying the amazing weather. I also got a chocolate croissant that was really delicious. Not sure why people are knocking stars for “lack of smiles” but I’m assuming they require service people to be super engaging at 6am when they’re on vacation??

If I could give this place zero stars I would. This is the second time I 've been to River Blend. It 's connected to Hotel Denver, and is extremely convenient. I stopped in last year when I was staying at the hotel, and I couldn 't believe the rudeness of the woman who was making my coffee. She acted as if I was lucky to be in her shop. So, going back this year was a shot in the dark. I wanted to give the place a second chance, and I love giving my money to small business owners. We were all recovering from Covid fatigue last year, and I figured she had a rough couple of years with closures. To my surprise, she was more rude than the year before. I ordered a cappuccino, and as she started to prepare it, she looked at me and said she makes her cappuccinos dry . I apologized for not knowing the term dry , and she responded in the most condescending and arrogant way about it meaning little froth. I tried lightening the mood by smiling and making small talk, but she wasn 't having it. I 'm not sure why this person is so miserable, but perhaps a job working with people is not suited for her. Trust the negative reviews and go elsewhere.
