I've always been very pleased with their service, but this visit was quite disappointing. I ordered the grilled shrimp tacos, and what I received was mostly lettuce and tomatoes—about 3 pounds' worth—with just one shrimp chopped into 15 tiny, unseasoned pieces. It felt like a total ripoff.
We were greeted by lively Mariachi music as we entered the bustling lunch crowd. Despite the packed parking lot, we were seated quickly. Our waitress promptly took our drink orders and returned with a platter of chips, salsa, and surprisingly, ranch dressing, which caught us off guard. After taking our meal orders, our food arrived at the table within minutes. The beef taco and enchilada were flavorful, though a bit greasy. The portion sizes were generous! They have an impressive lunch menu, along with a good selection of alcoholic beverages, desserts, and a large dinner menu. Our waitress was very attentive, and we were able to enjoy our meal without feeling rushed, finishing in about 40 minutes. We definitely plan to return!
Juan's is fast and the service is always good. We enjoy the outside area and fire pits.
Although we do eat here pretty often and service is always great. Over the past 1yr they have increased their prices significantly I.e. you could get 3 soft flour tortillas for $1 now it's $3 $1 per tortilla... I can buy a pack of 10 for that). I understand prices have increased all over, but I feel there are certain items you should increase and others you could just leave alone. But the food is always good!!
