Starbucks - Gloucester

GREAT Starbucks friendly staff and great service 7 days a week/364 days a year!Thank you to the Team here in Gloucester! it was awesome when you opened and you have made our mornings special (my son, his dog and me)!!!EVERYONE here is always kind, friendly and quick! You recognize me and start my order with a short black dark roast and a pup cup, you always go out of your way to make my experience a very nice one...plus my order is always accurate and my coffee is nice and hot!Although my coffee is savored i.e.: it 's my treat after my morning workout, it 's my son 's dog Brody who is the winner! I get him a Pup cup every day and to watch the thrill in him, waiting anxiously for me to get home, runs up and down the steps, brings me a toy, sits, gives me a kiss and when i say break he goes right after it! It 's a show to be seen and my son, husband and I all get the biggest laugh every day! The other day it took Brody almost 3 minutes to finish his Pup cup! He delighted in every lick, and came up and kissed me again!Thank you everyone, Gloucester, my family and I APPRECIATE YOU!Gayle

Comfortingly predictable Starbucks facility. Breakfast sandwich was hot and delicious bacon egg and gouda cheese

Service was fast. Baristas were very nice. Visiting from out of town and it was a very nice surprise. Plus they gave us cute stickers!

Inconsistent service. Also incredibly annoying minor weird practices. For example, some baristas here ring up milk substitutions as “splash of x,” probably trying to be nice and save you a grand total of $0.70. But there are two problems with this: 1) the person making the drink might not understand this incorrect ring-up and mix milks instead of substituting and 2) you can no longer hit “re-order” from the mobile app at other Starbucks that will definitely follow “splash of x.” I have personally had multiple drinks made with the wrong milk substitution as a result of both (1) and (2)

My daughter loves Starbucks. The only problem is sometimes, well, more often than don't put enough of something in it and we always have to either go back or ask for more, etc. No matter where I go out of town, I never have that problem. But they are very friendly there most of the time.
