East Side Mario's - Gloucester

The lasagna used to be huge, now it's a bit cheaper but significantly smaller and fewer layers miss the old one I always had enough for lunch the next day. They offer doubling it for 5 dollars but it's more expensive then before and still less lasagna.

My son and I Went for the wedding soup, Caesar salad, and home loaf on Good Friday 5pm. It was so good. The best part was the service we received from Courtney. Always a smile and very accommodating. Literally the best service i have ever received from a restaurant. I would definitely recommend this location.

I love to go here when I visit relatives Ottawa, the food is very good and I love the very large variety but I especially enjoy that we can get refills on the salads we order and drinks. The bread is also very good. I had the spaghetti with meatballs and it is my favorite spaghetti in Ottawa. However, I didn't like the fact that when I went here last Christmas break (around the 29th of December) with my extended family (a total of 18 people) the management only assigned one waitress to serve our entire table which I thought was clearly difficult for her as she was clearly struggling to keep up despite trying her best. She was a nice waitress though and constantly tried to make our dinner enjoyable and even made conversation with us at the end. She then chased us outside to the parking lot after we life because she forgot to give us the East Side Mario's lollipops!

Minestrone soup was not tasty. Made from dehydrated vegetables. The result is very average. I had the soup/salad. Green salad had too much dressing and the lettuce was not fresh. Service was good. The place needs to be cleaned up.
