Subway - Gloucester

I arrived at the restaurant 45 minutes before closing and the woman working there had not prepared any bread, even though there was a full batch in the oven. When we inquired about how long it would take, she initially said 10 to 15 minutes. After 20 minutes had passed and we asked again, she evaded the question and then said it would take another 15-20 minutes to let it cool. After waiting for 30 minutes in total, we decided to leave because she seemed uninterested in making our food. The woman was also on FaceTime throughout the whole experience and completely ignored myself and my dining partner.

It's a well run subway. The service is fast and efficient.

I was served numerous times over the last week by a Sandwich Artist named Jeenal. She was always friendly and welcoming and the sandwich was always prepared flawlessly. Jeenal's positive attitude and smile made each and every lunch a pleasure.

The sandwiches are delicious and the staff is really friendly and efficient.
