Bayer's Tavern - Gloucester City

This is a fantastic little hidden gem. The bartender was wonderful, and the doctor was excellent too.

The interior of the restaurant is cozy, but it has a great vibe! The bartender was friendly, and the clientele appeared to be a lively bunch of locals. Unfortunately, as soon as I ordered a beer, I had to leave because they only accept cash and don’t have an ATM on site. The bartender did suggest I could use Venmo to send the cash, but really? No way! I would definitely come back if I had cash on hand.

Such a nice place. Friendly staff, great drinks. Bring your own food.

I prefer this restaurant very much. It has a happy feeling. The kitcen is very tasty. the service is dynamic and the crew is very professional. The price is honest. I highly recommend.
