Frankie Benny's Gloucester

Despite booking through OpenTable, the restaurant staff had no record of our reservation when we arrived. They quickly found a table for us, but this did put a damper on our celebration as some of our guests had traveled over 100 miles to join us. We were disappointed that we were not offered any compensation or voucher to entice us to return in the future.

Although the staff had booked via open table, the staff had no knowledge of our booking and there was no reservation for us. After a short waiting period they found a table for us, but this pampered the occasion as some of our guests had traveled over miles to join our celebration. we have not even been offered a voucher to encourage us to return!

Absolutely loved our meal service was extremely fast and eating was hot and tasty! excellent service of fab staff would definitely recommend
