New York Lunch - Gloversville

I stopped here for lunch while visiting Gloversville and had a hot dog with fries, both of which were excellent. The meat sauce on the hot dogs reminded me of Capitol Lunch in New Britain, CT.

I was really disappointed with this restaurant. The prices were excessively high, and the quality of the food was quite poor. I ordered the corned beef hash for breakfast, and it turned out to be a can of store-bought hash for $5, served in a very tiny portion. The potatoes, also $5, were barely there and not cooked properly. The French toast was unappealing, drenched in cheap butter and sugar. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The hot dogs are exceptional! The prices are fantastic, and the staff is very friendly as well!

These clowns can only prepare and serve breakfast on sunday... i was complaining to my wife and 7 year old daughter about it, and my genius daughter said: maybe they want less money
