Strandbistro Sandwig - Glücksburg

Schönes Bistrolokal in bester Standlage . Leider überteuertes Preisniveau bei kleinen Portionen (ein Punkt Abzug) . Sehr unfreundlicher Service durch das Dauerpersonal, insbesondere der Lokalleiter ist ein Muster an schlechter Laune – auch und insbesondere Kindern gegenüber – das geht gar nicht (zwei Punkte Abzug) Die Aushilfskräfte sind durchwegs freundlich und bemüht, aber unbeholfen. Dies aber kein Vorwurf an die Aushilfen, sondern an das Strandhotel ,zu dem das Sandwig gehört. Für ein gehobenes Haus und bei sehr ambitioniertem Preisniveau darf der Gast nicht nur Freundlichkeit, sondern auch eine gewisse Servicequalität erwarten . Diese ist eben nur im Rahmen einer Ausbildung zu erreichen.

Preis - Leistung unverschämt. Schnitzel war meiner Meinung nach in Fett gebraten, das schon öfter benutzt war. Fade und ohne Gewürz. Knoblauchbrot von Fett oder Öl triefend. Salat war recht frisch, allerdings sollte kein Stunk darin landen.Werde wohl nicht wieder kommen, da gibt es besseres.

This little bistro is right on the beach and offers beautiful views across the bay to Danmark. As is to be exepected, they offer only a limited menu, but everything we ordered was good and tasty. A nice place for a quick meal - or a long sun-downer.

Das Bistro hat eine Spitzenlage. Wir haben abends dort ohne große Erwartungen gegessen und waren daher nicht enttäuscht. Die Service-Kräfte wirkten nicht sonderlich ambitioniert.

This is bistro is located right on the edge of the water, so the view is very nice. You can sit both in and outside.The food was nice and not very expensive. We had Pasta which was very good and a flammkuchen, the flammkuchen could have been better - it should have been backed a bit longer. We also had some cake which was very good.We didn't have to wait very long for our food, despite the bistro being full.It is a short walk to the castle, so you can easily combine eating here with visiting the castle.It is a bit of a shame that they have placed the tables like they have - almost all of them are for 6 people, so a lot of chairs are empty/waisted- it would better if they had more tables for 2 and 4
