I know the square from the television and I wanted to sit here on the lake with a beautiful view and eat some delicious cake. I also had a nice wee to enjoy the atmosphere. I recommend the place

Very nice, quiet place above the lake, on the side of the castle. do not tip when they go for it, a fine coffee and a beautiful panorama will be their reward. calm down.

Highly recommended from all angles of view eat, service, internal when it rains or on terrace when sunny. especially romantic in the night. make a walk of gmunden

My man and I had lunch in the ortherstube Seechl place. I had read the reviews and had not expected too much. it turned out to be a very beautiful surprise. we sat on the terrace above the water. what a wonderful sight! swans swoop past....It was very quiet. the service was slow but provided with a smile. I think they were understated. I had a suppe that was a consome with two noodles. it was really good. my man had the black fillet tips. that was really delicious. that were black scales with pasta. the lunch was served with two well sized rolls and two spreads. they had a lot of ice desserts that everyone seemed to enjoy, especially the children. we had no dessert. absolutely beautiful landscape.

In such a nice place of Gmunden, we were here in a late autumn noon to have our lunch. Nice bread with the sauce , beautiful lake view outside. I ordered the duck menu as the daily offer, it was very delicious , soft meat...and crisp skin. Enjoying the lovely sightseeing and with the nice food, wonderful experience!
