Really bad experiance! They served to me different meal than I asked for. My husband tried even 2x to confirm with the waiter that he understood well in english what we ordered. After we claimed the order waitress came to us to appologize and inform us it is not possible to bring our original order cause they don 't have it anymore. So I took the wrong one and ate it. When we asked for the bill we found out there was price for the wrong meal which was higher. We requested to change the price and the lady tried to mollify us by lying that salad (which was part of the meal according to menu) was an Easter gift. Finally she accepted lower price. We gave to the waitress 50 Euro, she took it and went away for change. Let us wait for 5 minutes and during that time she served meal to 4 people... Next time we will look around for restaurant with worst view but with good waiters.

This restaurant is on the Esplanade, one flight up from ground level, so it has a wonderful view of Traunsee and is very convenient to all the lake activities. We wanted to eat seafood with a view of the lake, which we had, but the food itself was only average. I had the saibling filet €12.90) with buttered boiled potatoes and a salad. The menu description hadn't mentioned that the fish came with a thick, creamy kind of sauce, which was rather bland and covered up the taste of the fish. The potatoes were not completely cooked, and the salad was the usual mix of potato salad, canned beans and limp lettuce. Considering that we ate there in the summer, they could have served something fresher. The price was reasonable.

Auch die Bedienung war sehr nett! Es hat super geschmeckt und der Ausblick ist fantastisch! Hat sich wirklich gelohnt!

Der Ausblick auf den See ist herrlich. Wer diese Leute, die dort arbeiten einstellt, ist mir unerklärlich. Ich wurde noch nie so "augenrollend" und unfreundlich bedient wie in diesem Lokal - und das obwohl ich seit vielen Jahren durch die gesamte Welt reise und vom first- bis zum letztklassigen Lokal alles kenne. Ich möchte jeden warnen, der dorthingeht, denn so etwas Schlimmes wie die Dame mit den Sommersprossen , ca. 60 Jahre und dermaßen falsch und unfreundlich habe ich noch nie erlebt. Eine absolute Frechheit so eine Person auf Gäste loszulassen.
