I recently tried this restaurant that used to be a regular Swedish pizza place, but the owner, George, made the switch to Lebanese food. Even though there are no vegan options on the menu, George is happy to accommodate and make dishes vegan upon request. I tried the vegetarian Lebanese plate and it was absolutely delicious! George is a friendly guy who takes pride in his food, and it really shows in the flavors.

However, he is more than willing to accommodate vegan requests, such as making the vegetarian Lebanese plate vegan. I tried it for the first time a few days ago and it was absolutely delicious!
