With a lot of taste and beauty renovated former brewery. location on steep mountain slope in the middle of Franconian-Swibian outback, full of cultural surprises (not least burg Spielberg with fantastic panoramic views, sculpture park and very interesting Ernst-Steinacker-Museum.Regional fine kitchen, very nice care by one of the two owners (which came back at our morning trip straight with their dog). in the evening with excellent criminal spices, with creamy spices, then a zander à point and a frying of the altmühltal lamb with fine in each case. as dessert a little sweet dessert in glass. the dining room a Franconian pleasure to forget the world. the tastefully decorated room (former flour chamber) and the complete rest. you want to go back!
