Slowest kitchen I’ve been to I n a long time. Ordered at 7 and still no food by 8. Fish and chips, nothing crazy. My daughter was starving so we walked out and went to Wendy’s.

Food: Nachos were pretty bad. My parents had a pizza that I’m confident came from a supermarket freezer.Atmosphere: One of the few other patrons was a heavily intoxicated elderly man who appeared to also be mentally ill and who was walking around making noises. Who continues to serve him? I don’t know. Not cosy or clean.Service: Staff don’t appear happy to be there or care much that we were.Verdict: I would not return here if even if the food and drink were free.

Be warned… make sure your food is cooked. We waited 35 minutes for our lunch, my hamburger was not cooked. Sent it back… for even more time. Paid for it, and asked the owner to call me. That never happened. I will say the waitress Ashley was so apologetic… It was not her fault. Shame on the owners… no ownership at all.

The place has excellent customer service. All their employees are good and kind people. My Mexican friends and I frequent the place on weekends and we will continue coming.

I really hope our experience was not the norm for this restaurant. We ordered two steak and shrimp, steaks ordered medium rare. Steaks were cooked medium and well done, shrimp were overcooked and rubbery. Vegetables were cold. The only good thing was the sweet potato fries and cesear salad and beer. It eas clear from all the left over food we were not happy and they offered to cook us new steaks and shrimp but we didn't have the time to wait and figured the cook didn't suddenly learn how to cook good food. We got 10 percent off our bill and free sweet potato fries. This was an expensive salad and fries. We won't be back. Again I hope this is not the norm for this restaurant. ?
