I love Cigkofte. This place make it exceptionally well, l love spicy one and it was just perfect. Besides lettuce ,variety of the fresh greens were served like mint, roca, parsley. This place is very very small but cute , inside and out some traditional Turkish decor. The owner- Yusef was pleasant and welcoming. Cigcofte is made of bulgur wheat and spices, excellent choice for vegetarians perhaps vegan too.
