This is a great bakery and café with a modern and clean interior, along with friendly staff. They have a variety of items such as fresh bread, specialty bunny bread, cakes, pasta salads, and more.

The sandwiches are really delicious, the pastries are excellent, and the coffee is good. The staff is very friendly and patient, especially when explaining things to foreigners.

The patisserie is of good quality, although it may not appeal to everyone's taste. Despite not being a fan myself, I can recognize the high standard of the pastries. The atmosphere in the restaurant was subdued, with many patrons dressed in dark or neutral colors. Some, however, stood out in more vibrant outfits. The overall vibe felt somewhat somber, reminiscent of a funeral. It is unfortunate that the Swedes seem to be losing touch with their cultural heritage, possibly due to the misguided decisions of their leaders. Perhaps if they reconnect with their Viking roots, there is hope for a change. In the meantime, Stig, it wouldn't hurt to enjoy another cinnamon bun and sharpen your battle-axe.

I found this restaurant close to central Gothenburg and it was a great find. They offer delicious cinnamon and cardamom buns for takeaway, but even better is their 89 SEK Swedish breakfast deal, which includes tea/coffee/juice, a breakfast sandwich, and yogurt with muesli. I definitely recommend it!
