Potis Restaurant - Goettingen

Remembering the Potis food from my childhood i returned with family to this place. While the Gyros pork meat from the reveloving Potis spit is still good and tasty, all other parts of the dishes did disappoint bitterly. Not worth to mention or to return....Very disappointing indeed

The Potis Restaurant is one of the oldest Greek Restaurants in Göttingen. I heard that they started in with this restaurant. The furniture seems to be that age. The menu card is not very deversified. It's dominated by Gyros. The Gyros dishes are not...very fancy, but are very tasty. no great cuisine downtoearth. The Service is good always friendly and helpful. I never tried the other dishes. I think they are not very special. But if you like Gyros, go there! And I think, they know what Thea are talking about. They are selling these Gyros machines. They braught it to Germany and if you eat Gyros somewhere in Germany, very often it's made on their machines

The meat dishes are large and well cooked. The prices are OK and the quality of the food is good. However, vegetarians might not feel at home here

In business since the and remarkably unchanged, this Greek restaurant is a muchloved local institution. Food is good, affordable, wholesome and comes in large portions; it does not aim to be innovative and trendy. Efficient and friendly service. In summer months the beer garden...can also be used

I remember the potis food from my childhood that I returned to this place with the family. while the gyros (pork) meat from the revitalizing potis tip is still good and tasty, all the other parts of the dishes have bitterly disappointed. not to mention or return....Very disappointed in the did!
