Horrible atmosphere with attitude from pink haired disrespectful poor mannered teenagers.
Kaylee was on the headset and quite snippy attitude for 2nd time this week. I asked for a coca cola and was about to be given coke zero and said I needed an original coke she snapped we only carry this. The very nice young man at the window went to checkany how and got what I asked for. I didnt get his name but he was very polite and clearly embarrassed by Kaylee's demeanor.
Out of a lot of things at the time I went. But was good, it's Dunkin!
I have a lot of patience for people working in the service industry, I did it for years, and I know it?s become more difficult. I don?t mind long waits and I understand mistakes happen. I don?t really care if I wait online for 15 minutes, I get that. Butat this dunks, and the one up the road at the Irving in Bedford, I routinely receive either lousy service or see unhappyemployees arguing, sitting on the counter where drinks are handed out, smoking in the drive thru, or making me feel like I?mputting them out by placing an order. Management needs to figure this out if your people are stressed because of staffing orworkload, and they?re making the customers miserable, you need to fix it. And for once, could someone pleeeeease just read backan order at the speaker and/or the window to make sure it?s right before charging me and handing me some rando?s order?
