Rosati's Pizza - Gold Canyon

We recently moved to Gold Canyon and decided to give this restaurant a try. Unfortunately, this will be our first and last visit. We had to wait 10 minutes just to be acknowledged for a table. Once we were seated, it took another 15 minutes for someone to bring us menus, followed by an additional 10 minutes to receive our drinks. The appetizers we ordered arrived alongside our main courses, and the marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks was ice cold, as if it had just come out of the fridge. When it was time to settle the bill, we waited yet another 15 minutes for the waitress to bring it to us. Overall, we spent over an hour and a half just to receive mediocre, overpriced food and experience terrible service. I would advise steering clear of this place!

By far the best tasting Rosat's pizza in the east valley. I know that sounds weird because you'd think being a chain they'd all taste the same but no they don't. Have 1 daughter in chandler and 1 in Florence( gets from san tan), and they don't come close in taste to the GC location and both of those other locations cost more. Since I live local, I always pick up my pizza so my ratings for service and atmosphere are strictly based on that Food: 5

Gold Canyon Rosati's is TheBEST pizza around. I. have tried several Rosati's but this one is the golden nugget! The bartenders are alway friendly and greet you as a friend! The monster pizza is the bomb! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50

I’m really disappointed! I consider myself a regular at this restaurant, having collected numerous “box top tabs” from my pizza orders. Usually, the pizza is quite good. However, on October 21st, I ordered an 18” classic combo and used 12 of my box tabs to get a 50% discount. I brought the pizza to a house party, but I was embarrassed to find that it was nowhere near the usual quality. It felt like there were only about half the normal toppings, and the sauce wasn't spread to the edges, resulting in a larger than normal area of bare crust. Overall, the pizza was quite meager. Other guests at the party even noticed the skimpy toppings and asked where I got it from. I couldn’t shake the feeling that because I redeemed my loyalty rewards, I ended up with a subpar pizza. This experience has left me disappointed, and my confidence in their loyalty program now has a bad taste associated with it.
