Kfc Miami - gold-coast

This restaurant is the best KFC on the coast, and the general manager deserves recognition and a higher salary. As a former fast food manager, I know how challenging it can be, but every time I have visited this store, the service has been quick, the food delicious, and the staff clearly well-trained with excellent customer service skills. I have noticed this consistently for several years, and I hope all employees receive the recognition they deserve. Thank you!

I apologize for my previous negative review posted here 3 months ago. It was actually intended for Burleigh KFC. I am sorry if I offended anyone, especially the staff at the drive-thru. You all are doing a fantastic job! I consistently choose to go to Miami KFC, even though I live in Burleigh, because the staff is friendly and the food is cooked to perfection.

Asked for spicy got regular. Chicken was bad and fries were cold and soft. Tasted like it was a day old.

The restaurant has new staff, new menu items, and the food was fresh and the best it's ever been. It seems like there is new management in charge. This is now my favorite KFC!

Best KFC on the Gold Coast. Everything tastes fresh, is not oily and super service without mistake. 10/10 Zinger Stacker.
