Hard Rock Café - Gold Coast

My first visit to Hard Rock on the Gold Coast and it couldn’t have been better! Our waiter JJ (sorry about spelling was absolutely fantastic, he was outgoing and fun. He went above and beyond to ensure everyone was happy and catered for! The food was mouth watering, we didn’t have a single complaint! Whilst I loved the restaurant this is really a massive shout out for JJ, he made the experience awesome and complete with singing!

We are currently staying in Surfers Paradise and decided to visit The Hard Rock Cafe. Our waiter was JJ who was absolutely amazing. The customer service he provided was incredible, so friendly and made us feel comfortable also recommended delicious food and cocktails. He was running around the whole night doing a fabulous job, looking after different tables but also carrying out that service with every customer. Massive thank you to JJ and the chefs. **** amazing service food.

We experienced a minor mix-up with our waiter when placing our order, resulting in a 10-minute wait for service. The waiter was very apologetic and the manager personally came to apologize and offered us complimentary drinks. To top it off, we received a 15% discount on our bill as a gesture of goodwill. We were impressed with the exceptional customer service.
