Hungry Jaws Lǎo Sì Chuān

It doesn't matter how friendly and polite you the customer are, you can pretty well always count on probably the worst service and unfriendliest front-of-house person on the Gold Coast.I've been going there on and off for many years, always to buy their takeaway Chicken Fried Rice, a meal in itself which used to be the best of this dish anywhere. So it was worth the other negatives. Last time I got it though, I didn't think it was as good as before.Gave it one more try. Despite being noticed at the counter immediately, and with no-one else standing there, it was still 5 minutes until I was served. Ordered Chicken Fried Rice again. It took nearly 20 minutes to arrive at the counter, despite virtually nothing else coming out of the kitchen in all that time. Got it home, and found it was not Chicken Fried Rice at all. No idea what Fried Rice version, but not a speck of chicken in it. Didn't taste great either.That's enough. Never going back.

Terrible customer service. There was hair in our dishes. We asked the lady and she asked us what we wanted.. excuse me??? She gave us a menu and later when paid for our meal, they charged $1 extra each dish without informing us but said it was mentioned on their poster??? shouldn't you tell us first about this??? Food was really good but the customer service are terrible.

It is not good to say that the two sentences are behind you in the form that you are.

Absolutely authentic Sichuan cuisine! I was able to taste all my favourite dishes and it has the seal of the tune of my pickling Chinese friends. for the uninitiated, I recommend the kung pao chicken and the hungry jaws special fried pig with pimiento. best with steamed rice.
