New Seoul Restaurant - Gold Coast

We went not knowing the restaurant is under a new management. The ambience is so peaceful and calming. A young waiter, courteous and helpful, came to serve us. We ordered and we enjoyed good appetizers and main course. Good healthy food with good reasonable prices is hard to come by this day. Thumbs up for us.

First time having Korean BBQ and I loved it. Was a bit expensive as we easily spent over $80 for just 2 people. Baby Octopus was definitely my favorite!

We were on Christmas vacation in Gold Coast for a week in 2014 and we wanted to try out a different cuisine every night. On 26-Dec, we wanted to try south asian food and we hit this Korean restaurant by chance. Seeing the "on-the-table" bbq, we got excited and wanted to have there.We ordered chilly chicken and baby octopus with chilli for bbq, fish cake and egg fuyong (type) and chicken noodles. Had a lunch here while on our last day of holidays. We ordered 2 mains and 2 entrees. Normally we order more than this, but we were glad we didnt as the meals are big portions. Full of flavour and fresh tasting as well.Excellent service from the young lady. Highly recommend this place if you want some good value Korean food.Just beware that the sign on the restaurant is "Bassim", but i noticed my credit card statement said "New Seoul".
