Vapiano Gold Coast

One of the best risottos I ‘ve ever had, perfect Al dente and staff that were attentive and prompt, pizzas given thumbs up by my Italian mate so is good.

Lunch special was poor undercooked risotto the tomato pasta special tasted like tomato paste and wasn't nice or flavorsome also asked for cheese took them 45minutes to bring cheese back after asking twice I wouldn't recommend I also asked the waitress a question and she said she would ask her manager I never got a response it wasnt busy either.

Went for a casual dinner, we were greeted by Lovely Andrea. Sitting arrangement was nice and cozy. We ordered Garlic which wasn’t cooked properly from the base . Pizza was really nice. But Pasta was dry . The service provided by Andrea was amazing. She was trying her level best to look after every table . All the service staff were friendly and engaging with customers. Dry pasta was the only down side of over experience .

Had no choice but to order and pay via phone and asked for tip. No paper menus. No good vegeterian options. Meals very disappointing, especially for how expensive and no staff to take orders.

Delicious food, excellent service. We went for lunch on Saturday the staff were extremely helpful, food was exactly as ordered, came out quickly. I ordered the fettuccine bolognese, husband had cheesy garlic pizza, son had a pepperoni pizza. Will definitely be back again.
