Zarraffa's - Gold Coast

We usually frequent coffee shops because we appreciate a delicious, bold coffee. We expected a specialty coffee shop to serve high-quality coffee, but unfortunately, the coffee we received was bland. I'm not even sure if it was coffee because that's what was written on the cup. We won't be returning on our next visit. We should have looked at the TripAdvisor reviews before going, I suppose. Even McDonald's has better coffee at the drive-thru!

Seriously 40 minutes to get two coffees & two pre-made toasties?, if it was busy I would have understood but it wasn't.

Go to place when needing a coffee after lunch or dinner or when in need of a caffeine fix. On a main street and at intersection of Cavill ave you can watch the people going about their day as you enjoy your coffee or latest Frappe delight.

Ordered a coffee. .. name taken down. .. then once i hear my name i walk over to grab the coffee to find coffee all over the cup.. left for me to pick up. . The person leaving the coffee there to be picked up would have been totally aware of it. . But the care factor is nil.Barista and staff in another world. .. Poor... you wouldn't get away with that in other cities. .. i guess they don't have enough locals as clients ...

Zaraffa's has the best coffee I have ever had. During our whole stay at the Gold Coast we had our daily coffee at here. The service is prompt and the staff very polite and helpful. I wish we had Zaraffa's in W.A.!!
