Contribuisci feedbackFood was good and fresh. The manager was amazing! Very welcoming and friendly. The only reason I took off two stars is because the other workers weren?t very enthusiastic and hospitable; which is two of Chipotle?s 13 characteristics as an employee.
This is by far is the worst Chipotle in area. Today was 4th time they failed to complete my order accurately and food was disgusting and inedible. I filed a complaint previously due to the rude employees. I won?t visit this location again
Chipotle is the same everywhere. the sofritas is made of an art soy, and the fajita vegetables are grilled in oil. order the bowl instead of the burritos to save 320 calories. the guacamole will add 230 calories; chips add 500 calories. fit them on the cheese and the sour looked. they are clean, friendly, friendly, fast and there are always sitting opportunities.
The food at this restaurant is generally good, although there are times when I have received chewy chicken in my bowl. The workers appear somewhat unenthusiastic, but I still usually get what I want and am satisfied with my meal. Overall, I recommend trying this place for the food.
I used to enjoy Chipotle food, but after a bad experience with their app and service, I won't be ordering from them again unless they make some changes. My business in Rancho buys lunch for the staff every Friday, and we used to order from Chipotle regularly. However, on a recent order for 8 meals in November 2021, I arrived at the restaurant to pick up my order and found that they were missing key ingredients due to supply chain issues. Despite experiencing similar issues in my own business, Chipotle did not communicate any problems with my order beforehand. When I requested a refund because the meals were not made correctly, I was told that refunds for app orders must be requested through customer service via email, which was a frustrating process that took over a week. Additionally, it is impossible to call Chipotle restaurants in advance to check ingredient availability, as the automated message states that employees do not answer the phone. Overall, this experience was disappointing and has led me to seek out other dining options.
