Contribuisci feedbackThe restaurant's website clearly states that Green Chili is not vegetarian as of May 2023. Green chili is typically made with pork and used as a sauce in the southwest. They only offer 1 vegan burrito and 1 vegetarian option on their menu. Without the green chili, the food options are not very impressive. It is possible to dine here with omnivores, but I wouldn't recommend going otherwise.
Today was my first time dining at this restaurant. I ordered the Bonasarus and inquired if the green chili was vegan. The person serving me said it was not, so I asked for salsa instead. I found it strange that something labeled as vegan would have non-vegan ingredients like green chili, perhaps the staff member was unaware. Despite the burrito having more rice than beans, it was delicious.
The Bon-Asaurus is an amazing burrito! It was prepared perfectly and I loved the atmosphere of the space. I came here after a nice hike and this burrito was the perfect post-workout meal. The patio had a nice view of the mountains. Despite it being busy, the staff were extremely friendly.

As others have said, there’s one option but it is a good one! Definitely one of the best vegan burritos I’ve ever had! I like that you can choose the size of the burrito and the spice level. Updated from previous review on 2022-10-28
