Subway - Golden

Was a little disappointed that the bread was a little dry. The soup wasn’t overly hot but was tasty none the less. Service was good.

We stopped at this gas station to get subway, gas up and use the restrooms. While in the lineup to get a sub I realized my nine-year-old was missing. I frantically searched about the store and bathrooms and could not find him. Management had sent him outside because he was not wearing a mask. Though he’s a very confident child he was very upset to be outside in unfamiliar territory. I spoke to management and they felt they had the right to send out a nine-year-old without notifying his mother. My nine-year-old has underlying conditions that he cannot wear a mask. Note: Subway sandwiches were excellent.

The Subway restaurant is located within a gas station. When we arrived, there was a long line, but it moved quickly. This is one of the few fast food and chain restaurants in the area. It was a cost-effective lunch choice and convenient for us while we were traveling through. The Subway had a typical menu and ordering process, where your sub is made fresh in front of you.

This Subway location is absolutely horrible! The employee who made my sandwich was wearing a shirt covered in dried food, and I quickly realized why: her belly would touch my sandwich as she reached for ingredients. I should have canceled my order and explained why, but I didn't. I was too polite. Just the thought of it makes me feel sick. Do not go to this location!
