Subway Golden

Ordered and PAID through the app, they insist they didn't get the order. I provided a screenshot showing I paid and they wouldn't budge.Totally scammed!

There is one employee there that just looks at you when you get to the vegetables. No acknowledgement just a stare. It's like you are bothering her lol.

We walked in and the line was a mile long, crazy......but the staff were efficient, happy, and were well organized. There were 7 staff lined up shoulder to shoulder. An impressive display of teamwork synergy!! Excellent job:)

I have been to dozens of Subway Restaurants and this one totally appalled me. I ordered there separate things off the featured menu. I was told they had no chicken, then they had no bread, then they had no cheese. It continued to get worse. A friend ordered a salad and two of those ingredients were unavailable. The place needed to be wiped down and the garbages outside were overflowing. When I arrived there were 2 staff and I customer. During the 30 minutes food break only 4 other people arrived. No reason for this lack of cleanliness or actively cleaning up the trash. Bathrooms were also gross. So disappointed!

Stopped in on the Monday of the long weekend at lunch time, there were many people in line, but the many staff got us through in record time, all with the correct orders. Very efficient and well ran. Would stop in again...
