If you visit during the day, it’s not as enjoyable at night. There’s usually a line, but in my experience, it moves fairly quickly. My biscuits are never burnt, and they always remember to include my sauces and straws, which is not the case with BOJ on Hwy 117.

During my 10 minutes in your parking lot, I saw 15 cars trying to get food. I typically spend around $40 each time I visit, which adds up to a potential loss of $800 every day between 7 PM and 8 PM. That amounts to a staggering $24,000 in lost sales every month. Perhaps you should consider a plan to improve this situation. The chicken scene in my town is becoming quite competitive, and you risk falling behind.

It's unfortunate to see how fast food restaurants can decline! I ordered a grilled chicken salad and waited five minutes at the window, but the employee didn't even acknowledge me. When I finally received my salad, it didn't come with any chicken and no dressing either. I returned it, and when I got it back, the chicken tasted like it had been sitting out all day! To top it off, they provided me with a spoon to eat my salad. It seems like they’ve forgotten who pays their bills. What a waste of money—$6.07 down the drain!

Expect to spend at least 20 minutes in the perpetual drive-thru line, oh, and your order... yes, will not even be remote ready until you reach the window. You think you can go in and get your order faster? Good luck and roll these cubes to see if it is actually open during the posted hours. I guess the only reason this place is still open is because of its location.

Ordered online arrived when my order was to be ready. Was told at the drive-thru window there would be a 6 min wait for one of the items on my order (there were no other customers when I arrived). 30 min later?.after I watched several cars get their food leave, I walked back to the drive up window was told my food was being packed up. Another 5 min later?.I finally received my food. No apology for the wait or anything. I had tried calling the store from my car knocking on the window (dining room closed) during my more than 30 min wait no one answered the phone or responded to my knocking. Will not be returning to this location! Very poor customer service!!!
