The staff is always friendly and attentive, and the place is very clean.
The quality has risen, but the sandwiches were cold as ice when we were in the car. we saw them on the sub-parts, but none was hot when we were gone.
I really enjoyed my tuna wrap with spinach and vegetables! However, I was disappointed that unsweetened tea wasn't available as a drink option. Additionally, the person who made my sandwich and the one at the cash register were not very helpful or friendly, which made me feel like they weren't really invested in ensuring my satisfaction as a customer. Perhaps they were just tired, but their performance could definitely use some improvement.
Paid over $10 for a subway club. Got home, not cut in half, no roast beef (website said roast beef, employee said we dont have those anymore. Husband 's sandwhich has wrong cheese. No one would answer the phone. Went back to the resturant and got a full refund. Second star cause at least they let me keep sandwiches.
