We placed our order with a friendly man at the register, got our drinks at the service area, and then sat down. The wait was not short, but it was definitely worth it. My son enjoyed his delicious hamburger, while I opted for the ahi salad. I was grateful I chose the smaller size, as it was so delicious that I would have taken a week to finish a larger portion. The dressing and various ingredients in the salad were absolutely perfect. In addition, we were able to refill our drinks whenever we wanted, without having to rely on busy wait staff.
I had a good experience at Kyle's Kitchen in the Fairview Center. Although I was disappointed that they no longer had my favorite Fire Engine burger with crispy onion rings, they were accommodating when I requested a protein-style burger without the bun. The staff went out of their way to fulfill my request, which I appreciated. What stands out to me about Kyle's Kitchen is their commitment to giving back to the Santa Barbara/Goleta communities through donations to charities. They truly care about the community they serve. Overall, a good place to eat with a positive impact on the community.
Eating at Kyle's is always a delight. The food is delicious and the staff is welcoming. It's hard to choose between the excellent and nutritious salad or the juicy burger. I'll try one on this visit and the other on my next visit.
Food: Mountain climber is good. It has a slight kick. The brioche bun is very soft. All the ingredients seem to mix well with the burger. Their tomato soup is delicious. I would go here for just the soup alone. Their fries are good. Not the best fries I had ever had. The cookies are hard. If you are into hard cookies. I prefer soft cookies. The ice tea was refreshing and the lemonade was super sour to me. Service: The service is quick. They get your food quick, however they forgot my drink twice. This is where they need to work on. Ruben, the second cashier had rectify the drink problem for us by offering cookies for our troubles. The first cashier had offer us food recommendation. The bust guy had excellent service. He got me a to go box. Seating: There are booths and tables indoor. The outdoor has plenty of space. Indoor was not available during COVID. Amenities: There is restroom available and parking is plentiful and free. The restroom is exceptionally clean. There is free wifi. Music plays indoor only.
When I go see my mom in Goleta we almost always go to Kyle's, they have really good hamburgers. If you don't eat meat, they have the most bomb salads. Some with meat some without. I love the cowboy salad they have two locations to serve you. Lol
