Food is much better than Panda Express. A simple comparison of Kung Pao chicken among all the other Chinese places I've tried places this restaurant at the top, easily. The lunch specials are mostly entree and very affordable (around 10 dollars). The buffet has always been full of variety and fresh and even includes multiple desserts. The wait staff is attentive and courteous. Lastly, there's a secret item that I haven't seen on the menu: ordering a cherry coke gets you a unique coke with cherry syrup at the bottom. Tastes a lot better than when it's from a soda fountain.
My family has been coming to this place for years. My grandfather absolutely loved the Peking Duck and I have to say, he wasn 't wrong. The staff has always been quick and friendly and the food almost always hits the mark. Lunch hours can get really busy with all the office parks hitting the scene, but if you go later in the afternoon or in the evening, you 're guaranteed to get good service and tasty food. Go for the Mongolian BBQ and dim sum menu. Most of the food is quite americanized, but then again, there 's nothing wrong with that. As long as it tastes good, that 's why we 're here, right? The 'secret ' traditional menu has some really good stuff on it. One can never go wrong with some traditional steamed dumplings or pork buns!
The food is very fresh and good and certainly abundant! The lovely ladies are always welcoming and fun to talk with. I will keep going back for sure. Nice to pile on a peaceful buffet lunch at MD with a new Rolling Stone ..
Actuallya very nice place to grab a beer or five.
