Phamous Cafe - Goleta

The food at this restaurant is very plain and lacks any seasoning or taste. The beef is extremely fatty and overcooked. I would not recommend coming back here.

Fair pricing and good quality food. The atmosphere is basic, and well kept.

Three years ago, we stumbled upon this hidden gem while searching for a quick Asian lunch after a trip to Costco. This was our first visit since the pandemic, and we were pleased to see that they have implemented good safety measures. Our lunch was served promptly and at a reasonable price. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and plan to return in the future.

I have not had enough experience with Vietnamese cuisine, but I thought the place was tasty upon my first visit. The customer service was very appealing. I appreciated their concerns as much as they respected mine.

On the plus side, the customer service was great. I thought the Pho broth was decent, but the meatballs we're rather firm, and the rare beef was a bit tough. The price wasn't bad though.
