Starbucks - Goleta

Fast, friendly and accommodating. Starbucks experience varies very much according to location, but this is a good one!

They never make my drink right. I always order the same thing and this is the only place that does it wrong every single time. I've complained before but of course that only made things worse. I always order my drink with an extra shot of espresso and it always tastes like blended milk with a hint of coffee. Definitely not worth the $7. The only reason I ever go to this specific one is because it is between my home and my job. When I order the same drink at other Starbucks, it always comes out perfect. Not sure why this specific location never makes it right.

I literally ordered a Caramel Macchiato 20 minutes before reaching the store on the Mobile Order App and still had to wait 10 more minutes because they did not even start making it. There were 5 workers and they were talking to each other and working slow instead of making customers coffees, since there were 4 more people besides me.

Had to hear about a guy employee complain for 30 minutes straight about not getting tips or something and had to wait on my order which I ordered online 30 minutes prior to reaching the store and still have to wait. Seen people who ordered through the line come and go with their order quite sometime.
