Beautiful place with 3 vegetarian dresses and 1 vegan dish on the menu. very delicious!

This is one of my top recommendations for people who enjoy the outside and love to have a nice vegan meal after their hike. eating that they offer is beautiful and solid and it is great to see a vegan option at such a remote location. they have a beautiful garden and an outdoor seating area as well as friendly and helpful staff. the way 'traumschleife baybachklamm' is one of the most beautiful walks in the region, including some steeper bits, but never excessively difficult. it is a round run that can be started both on the narrow and on the narrow. even families should be able to end this 10km foot, but also not underestimate it's difficult and danger inform themselves about it before they go here! To come here is not so easy: if you take the train through the rhine tal (between mainz and koblenz), you should be in boppard. then they have to be here for approx. 20km drive and especially the first and last parts are quite steep. coming here with a car is less difficult, so if they are a group with access to a car, consider it to take. they also offer rooms to stay overnight.

Sehr schönes Wanderhotel/-Restaurant mit einer veganen Option auf der Karte. Vegane Süßkartoffelgnocci. Sehr lecker und stilvoll angerichtet. Es gibt ein veganes Sorbet als Dessert.

The path 'Traumschleife Baybachklamm ' is one of the nicest walks in the region, including some scrambling up some steeper bits but never overly difficult. It is a loop walk which can be started as well as finished at Schmausemuehle. Even families should be able to finish this 10km walk, but also don 't underestimate it 's difficulty and danger inform yourself about it before you go here! Getting here is unfortunately not so easy: If you are taking the train through the rhine valley (between Mainz and Koblenz) you should alight in Boppard. Then you have to cycle here for about 20km and in particular the first and last parts are quite steep. Getting here with a car is less difficult, so if you are a group with access to a car consider taking it. They also offer rooms to stay overnight.
