Terrible service. Even if you are a service member don't go in there. The lady has a horrible attitude like she doesn't want to be there or serve you. I asked her if they had any lunch specials and she said anything is lunch. Like what does that mean. Then she threw 3 meat balls of a half of bread and rushed me on my way. Even told me she has no water cups when I asked for ice. Don't go here your money would be spent better anywhere else.Also subway should be fresh. She had two sets of lettuce and she gave me the one turning pink. Jokes on me for even paying. Fool me once. I'll never go back there and I'll tell my coworkers not to either.
Beware, not a real Subway restaurant.This restaurant looks like a Subway and seems to have all the appropriate foods… but when I politely asked if I could use the national Subway coupon in my hand, a curt and rude female manager/owner simply said ‘no.’ She didn’t bother to look up nor make eye contact she just said ‘no.’Silly me, being used to experiencing some level of civil customer service… I then simply asked, isn’t this a Subway restaurant? And then I received no response nor even eye contact. So I have to assume the answer is ‘no.’The coupon wasn’t the big deal a couple bucks off these days isn’t the biggest deal but in a small town, otherwise friendly area of Goochland, her absolute zero lack of customer service stood out like a sore thumb. I walked away, you may wish to do so as well.For the owner: you can easily save a customer and keep good karma by simply offering a brief explanation of why the coupons wouldn’t apply at your location… might be a logical reason. I’d fully understand. Or court a deal by saying, “I can’t take a coupon but today, a cookie is on me” wink. Or start by making eye contact if you’re going to work a front retail calendar. But what do I know?

Female manager is extremely rude to her employees and to customers. Also how can you be a Subway franchise and not accept the nationally advertised specials and coupons??? I watched customers and employees walk out of this establishment. The store, inclucing tables and chairs, should be cleaned daily.
