Krystal - Goodlettsville

We waited in the drive-thru line for 15 minutes without any response from anyone inside. Even though the sign on the building indicated that the dining room was open, we were redirected to the drive-thru by a staff member in the lobby. Despite not seeing any orders being taken for over ten minutes, we were not allowed to enter the dining room to pick up our food. The customer service was extremely poor and this Krystal restaurant was by far the worst experience we have ever had.

I have been to Krystal on Longhollow Parkway five times in the past month and have not been able to get a meal. During my last visit, a woman announced over the loudspeaker that the system had shut down at 3:00pm because no one showed up for the second shift. I fear that the restaurant will be closing soon. Despite my love for Krystal, I have decided to stop going.

Terrible service Service is slow and disrespectful. Will not recommend this establishment to anyone.

We drive out of the county to this location because it's always worth the wait. Unfortunately tonight our order came out wrong but considering our town is out of so much...I scrapped my onions off and was grateful. Very sweet service window attendee.

I love the glazed bombs but these look like they have been sitting around all day and hardly any icing on them definitely won't be going back
