We visited a few times and were very pleased with both the food and service on each occasion. The menu offers a great variety of dishes, and the Pupusas are absolutely fantastic! The service is quick and friendly. It's a wonderful little find!

I absolutely love this place! When my partner is out of town, I often find myself listening to music on the way home from work, anticipating dinner. I recently discovered pupusas, and since they have popped up all over Nashville, I've tried them from various spots. As a proud Yankee from Pittsburgh, I can't claim to know the difference between good and bad pupusas, but La Familia's are definitely my favorite. The pickled cabbage and sauce here stand out from others I've tried, and they are simply delicious. The owners are incredibly friendly and very patient with those of us who are just beginning to explore the flavors of El Salvador.

Great food. This is Salvadoran food, including many well-known options on the menu that you would see in a Mexican restaurant. The costs are reasonable and the service is fast.

Don't let the location discourage you from trying this authentic cuisine, the prices are very reasonable and the carnitas tacos are spectacular. Very unique for the area, highly recommended.
