O'charley's Restaurant Bar

I really am not the type to write reviews or care enough. But wow this was impressively bad lol. Placed a curbside order at 8:50, was supposed to be ready at 9:13, I waited in the curbside spot until 9:38. I only ordered tenders, fries, and spinach dip. Food wasn’t warm when I got it, and the dip is literally like slime it’s so bizarre. Chips taste like bad oil? Idk this was BAD even for an O’Charleys

When we came they greeted us nicely but we noticed a weird that was all over the place, and the place it self felt old and dirty. Our server was nice but every time she left it was really hard to find her she would just leave and not come back after around 10 min, and the bread was almost brought a little bit before or food, so it took a long time when it’s supposed to be there soon as we get seated, my salad looked very uncared for and my potato was way undercooked, and I asked for another one but It still was just a little bit less undercooked. My partner hamburger had the flattest bread ever and the Mac and cheese had no flavor at all. After that we had to wait for someone in order to pay because our server wasn’t there, someone else had to call her, overall I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I am happy to see O 'Charley 's again. In my travels I can miss those familiar places. It reminds me of Cheers . This is a good clean location with a good diverse crowd. Great for a dinner date or family meal. If they remove the aggressive little middle aged greeter at the door who confronts the customers when she 's there, the staff is welcoming, courteous and professional. A few of them may even know your name.

The steaks are so much better than expected for this type of chain restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised to find the steak so tender and juicy. Most meals are around $20, so this is well worth the visit.
