Carl's Jr - Goodyear

My kids love this Carl's Jr and I don't think I have even gotten a wrong order from here Thank you guys!!

The food was tasty, but unfortunately, everything in our order was incorrect, which was disappointing. None of the cheeseburgers had cheese on them, and some even had pickles despite our request for no pickles. However, the quality of the food is consistently good, and my kids especially enjoy the star-shaped nuggets.

The breakfast burgers were decent. I ordered the hot honey hand-breaded chicken waffle, but they sent a biscuit instead (so that was disappointing). This is the second time this has occurred. Why advertise it on the menu if you can't provide it to your customers?

The fries appeared to be stale. I understand that they may not be piping hot since they were delivered, but they were definitely stale.

The Hand-Breaded Bacon Swiss Chicken Sandwich Combo is always good, but I wish the fries were hotter.
