Always bustling, and it's not really their fault since it's the only Chick-fil-A in the area. Otherwise, it would definitely be a 5-star experience!

I love Kicher-fil-a, but this place is now in the middle. the express line is not even expressive and I have to wait a long time.

Lol. I only ordered a shake. My crew ate their whole meal and no shake came. It's okay somehow it got missed. They made me 2 for the trouble. Bye the way it was the new peach shake. Amazing!!! Fresh peaches ?. It was so good. I would come again just to get a shake. Hand spun too.Kid-friendliness: They gave me an extra shake for my trouble due to a small mistake they had made.

Do you like to make mobile orders? If you said yes, well so do I. Now let me ask you this: Do you like making mobile orders only to have to wait in the same line as those about to order? Wait.. that sounds dumb; that 's because it is. Whose bright idea was it to make an Express drive thru lane (listen to this closely) IN THE SAME LINE AS THOSE PREPARING TO ORDER? Did ANYONE think this through? This sounds good on paper.. and that 's where I feel all logic of this system stopped at. Y 'all got nice food and somewhat nice employees who really look like they will be fired for not smiling and my pleasure ing down everyone 's throat, but come on. Jokes aside, you guys are fast and active at what you do, but your lines are the opposite story when it comes to the express and normal lines. I don 't enjoy being handed my order in the middle of a line, just to get out of the line 20 minutes later. You may as well wait until I get up to the window to get my food; not have my food, wait for people to order and go, and by the time I 'm out of the line, my food is cold. This ain 't it chief.

As for family-friendliness, they are incredibly kind to children. Parking was easy, with no issues at all. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, with no stairs to navigate at the entrance. Everything is at eye level, and if you need assistance, there’s always someone available to help.
