Church's Texas Chicken - Goodyear

My Order was incorrect and was overcharged. After addressing the issue to the night manager, she refused to fix there mistake.

Save your time. I could have actually cooked fried chicken myself in the amount of time I waited for my meal—just for one person.

I used to go here for a decent chicken sandwich. Not so much anymore, I wasn't happy with the old chicken thats been out all day.

Been here twice.drive thru speaker is so horrible. First time, they shorted my order of chicken tenders. Second time, they didn't even put the chicken sandwich on my order(hence the speaker is horrible) one 3pc order was totally wrong. No apologies. Even the car before us was having issues with his order. Recommend going to elsewhere ????????

Horrible customer service We waited an excessive amount of time for food. Ok fine, it's freshly made. They screwed up the order and when my husband asked for the rest of what we paid for. A female crew member we think the manager on duty, began arguing with my husband that he was wrong. She finally walked away and made another crew member get the rest of the order. We are so rude to expect to get all the food we purchased.
