Contribuisci feedbackJust ordered food for 4 people and they messed up two orders. No big deal. Went up to tell them and she starts arguing with me. The order said meat, cheese, rice, bean only. She said the receipt didn't say no pico de gallo or guacamole. They didn't put guacamole but they put on pico de gallo. Only means only. How hard is that to understand? Just like a beef salad, beef on the side. I said I didn't put it in the computer but somehow it's my fault. Well anyone that wants to argue fine but I'm never going back. I left not eating a thing.
I absolutely love their carne asada fries BUT the past 2 weekends and was told ?they are not taking any orders because they ran out of meat?. Not sure how I feel about this but If you are able to get your hands on some carne asada fries they are absolutely bomb! The problem will be if they have meat or not I guess : I go to this filibertos after and always great service and food. Last 2 times the ?no meat? kinda sucks. My opinion only, if your not taking any orders than close down but thats just one person?s opinion.
I thought this place smelled bad because of a dried trap on a drain somewhere. BUT NO! say hello to your Carne asada burrito..(see picture)
I ordered a number 5 add Asada in the enchiladas and they threw the meat on top the ?cheese enchiladas had cheese but it was not melted. And then I ordered a taco salad with asada and extra rice they hand it to me was not what I asked for and then they turned around and made me pay more for their mess up. If I could give 0 stars I would. Avoid this place if all is possible.
Normally a good experience. Not this time. Waited in the line at the window for a good 8 minutes until the cars behind me started honking. I saw the 2 girls in the window chatting and folding things. Didn?t even check in and let me know it was taking a longer time or anything. I knocked on the window after about 10 minutes and the manager came and said they had a bunch of to go orders first. I figured they help the drive thru before to go orders. Super rude and unprofessional. Not empathetic or kind in any way. Got my food and realized half way home they did not seal the bowl and all the juice leaked out over everything. They also smashed the chips with the heavy bowl of leaking liquid. Returned everything and got my money back. Never an apology once. Management is rude and I definitely won?t be back based on the customer service. It was terrible.
