Grand hotel - GOOMERI

Have only eaten one dinner meal here but it was very good pub grub. The menu had variety and the pork chop eaten was great. The home made coleslaw was not bad at all. The beers were served ice cold. Thursday night and the place was pretty busy so the locals must like it.Great place for an evening meal in Goomeri - recommended.

Very friendly and fast service. Meal was off the specials board and ON POINT!! Combine with an icy cold Corona what better way to see off a long day then with good service, good drinks and great food. Will be back.

Had lunch , chicken canjun Caesar was okay except for the overcooked, over spiced chicken that looked like an old boot. Expensive meals for a pub. Ran out of chardonnay except for the local vintage? Could buy others from their own bottleshop but add $8 corkage to drink in the restaurant. Which was not a restaurant as the Grand Restaurant is closed according go to the sign.

Checkout the Goomeri Pumpkin Festival the Last Weekend in May - The Accommodation at the Grand Hotel is 4Star, Staff Management and Meals/Service can't be Faulted - I've performed Live Music with my Band Mr. Q at 2 of these Pumpkin Festivals at the Grand Hotel and hundreds of people enjoyed the Meals/Atmosphere and Our Show!!

Stayed at Kilkivan Bush Camp, went here for lunch, about 30 mins away. Great Service, great food at a reasonable price, cold drinks what more do you need. Highly recommend.
