Contribuisci feedbackI've been visiting Sapphires for a few years now, and the food is consistently excellent. The current server is outstanding, even when the restaurant is busy. My husband enjoys it too, as he can catch multiple sports games from one spot. We'll keep coming back as long as they're in the creek!
This is the only place I dine at in Goose Creek. The food is better than what you'll find at most other restaurants! The service is excellent, and the owners are wonderful people who actively support their community. Thank you for all that you do!
Awesome spot to catch a Packers game! The staff is welcoming, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is filled with fun people!
Update and Review Edit: I just talked to Charlene and one of the day stations. Both women are incredibly nice and apologetic. I was refunded my money, no questions asked about the events last night. Thanks to sapphires from Gänse-Kreek for taking your cartridges and reviews seriously. A customer service. You have renewed my belief in your institution and I appreciate how you treated this situation immediately and professionally. Let me start this review by saying I have it BAR! I am a patron of sapphires, since it was opened many years ago in Gänse Bach. Tonight was the worst. I also want to add that I have been in food and beverages since the 90s and I understand and know how bars and restaurants work and typically complain the last person. After a long day at work I wanted to pick up quickly to bring home for my families dinner. Let me also begin with the fact that I ordered wings, a burger, prime rib bites, vegetables and spring rolls total $68.89!!! As far as quality is concerned, I do not even know where to start with how bad this decision was made. Should I start the charge for every box I took out? Does it matter to me? No, I don't just want to charge myself for every box that's a little ridiculous. Do you want me to start with my 20 wings that 17 of them were drums and 3 were apartments? You'd think there's an equal mix. Or how about my well-made burger who was cold and raw inside. Or my roasted vegetable appetizer that was barely grilled? Or maybe I should start with my first-class ribbed stitches, for which I was accused, but just get bread and jus? How about my 45-minute ticket time? The only thing that was right was my double order of spring rolls. When all this was made aware of my waitress, it was good some of him, I received my primary ribbed stitches and fried vegetables (after another 20 minutes) I was offered a discount or something that took my account? No, I'm sure not. The waitress even told me that the owner was there and she had told him about the situation. Now I'm not looking for a free meal, but on a slow Sunday night this is just ridiculous to wait for long and so many mistakes to deal with, and yet I still have my waitress tilted and no scene like many others would have, but have no anger for the least excuse. I love to support small businesses and keep my money to support mother and pop facilities, but I can assure you I will never get back $70 in sapphires after the terrible quality of the food I receive tonight.
