I ordered a large strawberries and cream freeze along with the new twists, but instead, I received regular cinnamon twists and no beverage at all. I'm really frustrated right now. Service: Takeout Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20.

I ordered takeout for lunch and overall, it was a great experience. The food was delicious and earned a solid rating of 4 out of 5. The service was also commendable, receiving the same score of 4. I would definitely recommend this place for a satisfying lunch!

I encountered a manager named Brianna during my visit, and unfortunately, she displayed a level of unprofessionalism that I found surprising. When I arrived ready to place my order, she was busy on her phone for at least five minutes before stepping away for another five to ten minutes. Once she returned, she incorrectly took my order and had the audacity to blame me for the mistake. After I apologized, I decided to leave as quickly as possible. I recommend that management review her work ethics on camera. While I believe she was in a managerial position, her aloof demeanor was quite concerning. Having worked in fast food for five years, I struggle to understand this mentality. Because of this experience, I don’t plan to return frequently.

The food was delightful, and our order arrived promptly. The staff was very friendly, and they cleaned the tables immediately after guests left. The bathrooms were also well-maintained.
