The external lighting only activates when someone walks by the staff entrance, making it feel unsafe. - I noticed that many shops have reverted to accepting cash, but this location still follows COVID measures and does not accept it. - I ordered a large selection of food (five boxes of different sizes) and, being on my own, I requested a carry bag to help transport everything safely to my car. My request was denied because Domino's doesn’t provide bags, claiming they can't keep the pizza boxes flat in them. However, with only one pizza among the boxes, I believe the other items could have fit safely in a carry bag. - Due to my hands being full, I asked a staff member to help open the external door for me. I would have otherwise had to make two trips to my car or risk dropping my food. I felt hesitant to ask for assistance, and although the restaurant was not busy, the customer service needs improvement. Overall, while the food was great, there are challenges with the customer experience that need to be addressed. The signage clearly requests that all customers wear masks upon entry, which I thought was a good policy given the limited space in the restaurant.
The experience at this Domino's location was exceptional, just like at all their shops. The employees are always friendly and eager to share the best offers available.
