Mainly the old man cashier, very rude in rushing me. When I ask for extra sauce I know he’s upset, I eat my food spicy hot and I use 2 smh! Numerous times he fires when I come in but when others come in he gets with a BIG WELCOME! I love the owner Tina very polite great customer service she is That old man needs to be a little patient and nicer. This was my first time ordering pickup from this restaurant and I was excited becuase I 've been here before and I 've always had a good experience. When I got to the restaurant to get my order I realized the woman on the phone had pho in the place of something else I had ordered. She asked if I would still like the pho and I kindly declined only to be yelled at by the owner about how they would then have to throw the food a way. If they would have simply told me that they couldn 't remove the pho because it had already been made I would have been okay and paid for it, but sadly thats not what happened. Then I and everyone coukd hear the staff talking about me and how I made her switch out the pho . As good as the food is that was a horrible service experience for me and i dont think ill be returning.
